On or about September 6, 2018 at Lot #30 and #31 Kemp Court, Conyers, Georgia, employees installing decking for the floor on the upper level were working at the edge and exposed to a fall hazard of more than six (6) feet to the lower level. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
