29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: Damaged and inadequate guarding of the sifter belts and pulleys. Openings in the expanded metal guards of machine numbers 1, 7, and 10 were 13 square inches, 16 square inches, and 10 square inches respectively. A drive shaft on machine number 7 was exposed. The guard on machine number 6 did not completely cover the belt and pulley. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
