Three workers were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.

On or about 9/10/2018, The Construction Crew, LLC was installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located at 1707 Briarmanor Drive in Lake St. Louis, MO. Five workers were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
