29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about September 11, 2018, at the subject inspection site, an employee performing commercial construction activities from telescopic boom aerial lift was not protected from falls by use of a lanyard. Employee was exposed to falling from a height of approximately fifteen (15) feet. There is no abatement certification of documentation required for this item.
