On or about March 15, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing steel erection operations from a Genie aerial lift, approximately twenty (20) feet one (1) inch above the ground, was not utilizing a personal fall protection system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  Imperial Construction Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1345448, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Route 47 and Regency Parkway, Northeast corner, in Huntley, Illinois.
