29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) as required by 1960.8(b): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: (a) On or about September 27, 2018 by the shredder, a portable fire extinguisher was not inspected monthly. (b) On or about September 27, 2018 in the garage, a portable fire extinguisher was not inspected monthly. The USDA Farm Service Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(e)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8 (b) which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 1314049 notice number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3059 North Morton Street, Franklin, Indiana.
