29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:  (a) Location - 11 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA:  On or about 9/27/2018, the safety guards on the Dayton bench grinders on the production floor were not adjusted to maintain a maximum distance of one fourth inch between the ends of the guards and the periphery of the grinding wheels.
