29 CFR 1910.1018(o)(1)(i): The employer shall train each employee who is subject to exposure to inorganic arsenic above the action level without regard to respirator use, or for whom there is the possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic, in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program: At a facility located at 248 East Chicago Road, Wautoma, WI 54982; the employer did not train each employee who was subject to the possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic. The employer did not institute a training program and did not ensure employees participated in the program when working with powdered products containing inorganic arsenic. All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.1018(o) must be covered in a training program. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following: 1) Information contained in Appendix A of this section 2) Quantity and location of inorganic arsenic 3) Sources and operations that could cause exposure 4) Purpose of elements of the inorganic arsenic standard
