29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 21 Hastings Ave., Medford, NJ: On or about October 5, 2018 two ERS Construction LLC employees were installing roof sheathing on a new construction residential structure. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet to the ground below.
