29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) Hastings Ave., Medford, NJ: On or about August 5, 2019 two ERS Construction LLC employees were installing roof sheathing on a new construction residential structure.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet to the ground below.   ERS Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1351822, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 21 Hastings Ave., Medford, NJ.
