29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 30 Hastings Ave., Medford, NJ: On or about April 17, 2019 two ERS Construction, LLC employees were installing fascia siding on a new construction residential structure.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 18 feet to the ground below.  The ERS Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1351822, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/11/19, with respect to a workplace located at 61 Madison St Newark NJ.
