29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: On or about October 11, 2018 and times prior thereto, the employer did not adequately assess the air control tower and surrounding offices to determine if carbon monoxide presented a hazard when alerted to employees' concerns of breathing in the airplane exhaust. This condition exposed employees to inhalation hazards.
