29 CFR 1926.652(b)(2): Maximum allowable slopes, and allowable configurations for sloping and benching systems, was not determined in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth in Appendices A and B to this subpart.    a) Main Street, Collegeville, PA, Worksite, Trench - On or about October 16, 2018, employees were working in a trench, approximately seven feet below grade, but the employer did not ensure that the soil was excavated in a manner that resulted in a proper protective system with an allowable configuration and slope.
