29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system :  a- Residential Roof: Employees while engaged in shething activities on 9 on 12 pitched lower roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 10/26/2018       Adrian Construction Group LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1281826, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 05/02/2018 with respect to a work place located at 134 Lyon Street, Paterson  NJ 07512 which became a final order on 07/25/2018.
