29 CFR  1926.150(a)(2): Access to all available firefighting equipment was not maintained at all times:    a) 22 Johnson Road, Newfoundland, NJ: The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood were stored, cut and used on site to frame a residential structure. Gasoline fueled generator was used on site to power electric equipment such as a nail guns and compressors to perform the framing activities, on or about 7/28/2025.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Adrian Construction Group LLC does not ensure that employees use appropriate fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 07/28/2025, at 22 Johnson Road, Newfoundland, NJ. The employees were engaged in framing work on a residential house and  were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 12 ft to the ground below. The employees were not using any means of a fall protection system which was readily available for use onsite.   Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within 1 day, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including a description of the type of fall protection provided and the steps taken to enforce use of appropriate fall protection where employees are exposed to possible danger of fall hazards.   Adrian Construction Group LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard   29 CFR  501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566749, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on  2/07/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Sunrise Terrace, Ramsey NJ. This citation became a final order on 05/24/2022(DCAT).  Adrian Construction Group LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR  501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1564750, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on  2/07/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Sunrise Terrace, Ramsey NJ.
