Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within 1 day, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including a description of the type of fall protection provided and the steps taken to enforce use of appropriate fall protection where employees are exposed to possible danger of fall hazards.
