29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 10/24/18, at the roof area of the site, Amherst, NY. Employees, working on a 5 in 12 steep roof, lacked the fall protections. Employees were exposed to fall of 12 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
