29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 6/13/2022 at a roof project located at 2028 Sandridge Road, Alden, New York; employees were repairing the roof of a three story building. The roof had an 8 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 30 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
