OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while working close to winching operations. On or about 10/18/2018, at 3000 Island Blvd. Aventura FL 33160, the employer did not ensure an employee who was working near a winching operation maintained clearance from the area where a palm piece (3 ft. by 5 ft.) was being pulled by a winch, exposing the employee to a struck by hazard.
