Lincoln Way, Exton, PA 19341 - Employees are exposed to fall and struck-by hazards associated with the use of scaffold platforms.  The wood framed platform hoisted 24 feet above the ground was not secured to the telehandler forklift to prevent it from moving and falling off the forks.  This was condition was documented to occur on or about and at times prior to November 7, 2018.
