29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:      Head protective equipment was not used when workers were exposed to struck-by hazards when worker on the ground was working below unsecured tools and material on the roof.    Rodrigues Siding and Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1249393, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 Lebanon Ave, Apartment 4-12, Belleville, IL, 62226.
