Federal Boulevard, Denver, CO 80219:  On November 19, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the unused portion of the reciprocating blade on the Hobart 6801 Meat Saw vertical band saw was guarded.  An employee sustained a finger amputation injury while using the saw.  This condition exposed the employee to an amputation hazard.        (b)  Pay and Save, Inc. dba Lowe's Mercado #118 at 1320 S. Federal Boulevard, Denver, CO 80219:  On and before November 19, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the unused portion of the reciprocating blade on the Hobart 6801 Meat Saw vertical band saw was guarded.  Employees use the saw to cut beef feet.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
