29 CFR 1910.184(c)(10): Hands or fingers shall not be placed between the sling and its load while the sling is being tightened around the load. On or about December 7, 2018, an employee placed their hand between the alloy chain sling and industrial tank while it was being tightened by the overhead crane in Building 5.
