29 CFR 1910.28(c)(3):The employer did not barricade the area into which objects could fall, prohibiting employees from entering the area, and keeping objects far enough away from an edge or opening to prevent them from falling to a lower level: a. On or about October 1, 2020, the employer did not ensure that a maintenance employee working at heights in a man lift to extend an existing air line had barricaded the lower area into which objects could fall. b. On or about October 4, 2020, the employer did not ensure that a maintenance employee working at heights in a man lift to repair a leaking roof had barricaded the lower area into which objects could fall. c. On or about December 28, 2020, the employer did not ensure that a maintenance employee working at heights in a man lift to change a light bulb had barricaded the lower area into which objects could fall.
