29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: (a) Worksite - General Testing & Assembly Area: On or about 12/3/2018, the employer did not ensure that an employee accessing an upper position of a machine hoist (by riding the hoist), for the purpose of inspecting the chain and sprocket mechanisms of this machine hoist, was protected from fall hazards of up to approximately eighteen feet above the lower level.
