29 CFR 1903.18(a): The employer has failed to correct an alleged violation for which a citation has been issued within the period permitted for its correction: (a) On or about September 27, 2019, and at times prior, the employer has not provided the Englewood Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration with Certification of Abatement for hazards observed and documented in inspection 1363450 conducted on November 29, 2018. Hazards included the lack of hazard communication program, and hazard communication training, exposing employees to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Acetylene which is used during automotive repairs and is extremely flammable.
