29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When mechanical equipment is not being used, the warning line shall be erected not less than 6 feet (1.8 m) from the roof edge: On or about December 3, 2018 at a worksite located at 1128 N. Main Street, Oshkosh, WI 54901; the employer did not ensure that the warning line with flags was erected not less than 6 feet from the roof edge. The warning line had been deflected around an air handling unit which brought the warning line within less than 6 feet from the roof edge.
