29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about December 10, 2018 the employer did not ensure that employees working from elevation used adequate fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 6 feet. RGR Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1279804, citation number 01, item number 002, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/07/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2176 Enchanted Wind, El Paso, TX 79932.
