29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.   On or about, May 3, 2019, employees were working on a warehouse roof without any means of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than six feet to the ground below.  RGR Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.0501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365284, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/27/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7881 Enchanted Circle, El Paso, TX 79932.  RGR Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.0501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1279804, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/07/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2176 Enchanted Wind, El Paso, TX 79932.
