(b)    On October 17, 2018 employees of Gladden Construction were exposed to a 15kv primary underground power line while digging to install underground utility services where the employer failed to follow required procedures for contacting the services to have the underground utilities properly marked in the vicinity of the 25th Avenue & Sheyenne Street in West Fargo, North Dakota.     (c)     On November 2nd, 2018 employees of Gladden Construction were exposed to a 15kv primary underground power line while digging to install underground utility services where the employer failed to follow required procedures for contacting the services to have the underground utilities properly marked in the vicinity of the 32nd Avenue West & Sheyenne Street in West Fargo, North Dakota.
