29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge; a) Exterior of Building - Main Stairway Entrance - Front of Building: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet while utilizing an exterior 8 riser stairway that did not have any handrail, on or about 12/3/18. b) Interior of Building - Main Stairway - 1st Floor to 2nd Floor: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while utilizing an interior stairway that did not have any handrail, on or about 12/3/18. c) Interior of Building - Secondary Stairway - garage to 1st Floor: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 4 feet while utilizing an interior 7 riser stairway that did not have any handrail, on or about 12/3/18.
