On December 19, 2018, at 403 Court St. Washington Court House, a Sonic restaurant under construction, an employee was exposed to a 9 ft. fall hazard while performing work on the parking roof overhang without utilizing any form of fall protection.    R&M Fabricators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1235492, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3201 Paris Road, Chalmette, LA 70043.
