29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: (a) Gang Saw: On December 19, 2018, safe means of egress and access was not provided for an employee that had to climb onto the top of the gang saw to clean off the blades with compressed air. The employee has to step on the take deck, climb onto a motor box and then crawl onto the top of the gang saw.

The employee accessed the top of the gang saw to use compressed air to clean the gang saw blades.
