Six employees were installing trusses on a newly constructed residential home and not utilizing any form of fall protection.  The ground to top plate height where employees were working is approximately ten feet.            Ramirez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1069808, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 9133 Summit St., Omaha, NE 68110.
