This was most recently documented on October 14, 2022 at 17015 Huntington Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer is failing to protect multiple employees from fall hazards when performing framing construction work at a height greater than 6 feet. Ramirez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522979, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 2, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 5420 Sheridan Road, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123.
