29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: The Tube Cradle, Elevator, Notcher specific lockout procedure incorrectly stated that pneumatic isolation was by a ball valve. At the time of the inspection there was no ball valve, but instead energy isolation was accomplished by a quick disconnect and applying an enclosure over the end. (Note: immediate abatement was made by installing a ball valve.)
