29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: a) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in evisceration was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 92.5 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA. A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19. b) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in wing cut up was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 89 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA. A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19. c) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in wing debone was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 89.9 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA. A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19. d) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in thighs was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 92.6 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA.
