A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19.    b) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in wing cut up was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 89 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA. A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19.    c) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in wing debone was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 89.9 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA. A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19.    d) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in thighs was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 92.6 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA. A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19.    e) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in combo debone was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 89.3 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA. A baseline audiometric testing was not conducted within six months of the employee's exposure, on or about 1/14/19.    f) Harrison Poultry, Inc., Bethlehem, GA - An employee working in paws, evisceration was exposed to noise level time weighted average (TWA) of 92.9 dBA which is in excess of the extended hours action level of 83.4 dBA.
