29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) Jobsite: Receiving department, Amada Bandsawing machine - The unused portion of the metal cutting band was not guarded exposing employees cutting material to cut hazards.    b) Jobsite: Receiving department, Rockwell radial drill presses SR# 1401587, 84F81504, 1344286, 1344292, and 1467888 -Employees using the drill presses to fabricate metals were exposed to swarf, entanglement, and amputation hazards without the use of drill shields to guard the rotating chucks and drill bits.    Noted on or about 1/18/19.
