29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer shall provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Computer Components Corporation located at 2751 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154 - On or about October 19, 2023, an employee who wears a respirator such as, but not limited to, Miller LPR-100 Half Mask Respirator with airborne particle and oil aerosol/P100 filters while performing welding activities, was not provided a medical evaluation prior to the voluntary use of the respirator in the workplace.
