OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were operating forklift that did not have a seatbelt:     A) Field area, on or about January 24, 2019, and or times prior to, employees operated a Yale forklift and an E-300 forklift that did not have a seatbelt for the operator to use, exposing the operator to crushing hazards and striking objects inside the cab of the forklift(s).
