OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that a powered industrial truck operator was exposed to a caught-in-between hazard when operating the truck while not wearing a seatbelt:  a) On or about May 30, 2024, throughout the property, located at 3782 US HWY 280, Cobb, GA, employees were exposed to a caught-in-between hazards when operating a forklift while not wearing a seatbelt while operating forklifts to include a Toyota Model: 7FDU15 during the performance of their work.  b) On or about May 30, 2024, throughout the property, located at 3782 US HWY 280, Cobb, GA, employees were exposed to a caught-in-between hazards when operating a forklift while not wearing a seatbelt while operating forklifts to include  two Yale Models: GP155VX during the performance of their work.  c) On or about May 30, 2024, throughout the property, located at 3782 US HWY 280, Cobb, GA, employees were exposed to a caught-in-between hazards when operating a forklift while not wearing a seatbelt while operating forklifts to include  a Mitsubishi Model: FD50K1 during the performance of their work.
