29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) At the facility located at: 3782 US HWY 280, Cobb, Georgia: On or about May 31, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that, the employer did not maintain a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear N95 filtering face piece and Clemco Apollo 600 Supplied Air respirators.
