Employees were exposed to caught-in hazards.

29 CFR 1910.94(c)(4)(iv): Spray rooms used for production spray-finishing operations shall conform to the requirements for spray booths.   Butler Bldg., Fabrication Shop: Flammable paints and thinners are used in the spray room to coat materials, generating flammable vapor and mist.  The spray room was not outfitted with a gauge ensuring the minimum maintained velocity of air movement required for health and safety.  Spray booths shall be designed and constructed in accordance with �� 1910.107(b)(1) through (b)(4) and (b)(6) through (b)(10).
