29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   A.)  Subcon Tool Accutool Machine Group, Inc.; milling department - On or about 1/28/19, and at times prior thereto, the lower saw blade housing on the Roll in Band Saw was not guarded.  The housing was open and exposed the saw blade as it came onto the pulley.  B.)  Subcon Tool Accutool Machine Group, Inc.; milling department - On or about 1/28/19, and at times prior thereto, the blade on the Roll in Band Saw did not have an adjustable guard installed on the unused portion of the saw blade.  The Roll in Band Saw did not have any guard installed on the unused portion of the blade.
