29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: MCAS Miramar Hangar 4: Employees were performing maintenance, serialization, and cleaning operations on CH-53 aircrafts, which included working on top of the aircraft without fall protection. Employees were exposed to open-sided edges with fall hazards of up to 111 inches to the lower level.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: MCAS Miramar Hangar 4: Employees were performing maintenance operations on CH-53 aircrafts, which included cleaning components with isopropyl alcohol. A secondary container of isopropyl alcohol was identified without a label and the hazard warnings. Employees were exposed to irritation hazards.
