29 CFR 1910.120(q)(1): The employer did not develop and implement an emergency response plan to handle anticipated emergencies prior to commencement of emergency response operations: a) Switch Gear Room - On or about January 21, 2019, when employees responded to and tried to control the release of natural gas vapors the emergency response plan was not developed with language to address both the potential release of gas and the consequences of release. Ungerer & Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133193, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 8, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 110 North Commerce Way, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
