29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a) 650 Boulder Dr. Suite 100A, Breinigsville, PA - on or about February 4, 2019, employees were performing maintenance on machinery to include, but not limited to, cranes, custom material handling systems and torque reaction systems, but the employer did not develop machine specific procedures which clearly identified all of the specific steps to be followed to isolate and disable the machinery for safe de-energization and control of hazardous energy.
