29 CFR 1915.508(d)(9): Semi-annual drills were not conducted according to the employer's written procedures for fire response employees that cover site-specific operations, occupancies, buildings, vessels and vessel sections and fire-related hazards: Boatyard Marine Railway: Employee(s) perform painting, restorations, mechanical alterations, and other repairs on vessels. Employees are instructed to evacuate to an assembly location in the event of a fire. However, drills have not been conducted to ensure employees demonstrate the skill and proficiency with the evacuation plan. Employees are exposed to fire hazards.
