29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: m/v "Ship Happens!" located on the marine railway: Employees were performing fiberglass repair activities and had to sand the underside of the vessel. An employee wears a 3M full face respirator for this task and has not been fit tested prior to use. The employee is exposed to respiratory irritation hazards.

The employer's written respiratory protection program and records of fit tests, medical clearances, and training were not able to be located during the inspection.
