29 CFR 1915.56(b)(2): Welding cable was not free from repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected: Engineering area, Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 50: on or about 06 February 2019; a plasma cutting cable measuring approximately 20 feet in length had exposed wiring within 10 feet of a terminal connection covered with electrical tape. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.
