29 CFR 1915.81(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each walkway was clear of debris, including solid and liquid wastes that create a hazard for employees. F/T Cape Horn, engine room access, on or about July 29, 2019, the inclined walkway measured approximately 240 inches in length and a 27 degree angle had poor surface friction exposing employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards.
